CORRECTIONS: First, mistakes in the dress code policy went home with the last newsletter. We pulled copy from the website which had not been revised at the time. The corrected version is now on the website. Students can wear the Carolina blue sweatshirts with a SMS logo. They can also wear white shirts without any logo.
Second, the Sierra Club is actually the Serra Club which is an organization within the diocese that promotes Vocations.
Sorry for any confusion.
We want to invite everyone to the school spelling bee tomorrow at 1:45pm in the Parish Center. Also, if you could RSVP to mthompson@cdlex.org. or stmary@cdlex.org concerning the chili supper on Saturday, Feb. 4th ASAP it would be most appreciated. We are trying to plan how much food we will need. We have decided to start it at 5:30pm if that is helpful.
Catholic Schools Week Family Letter
5th & 6th grade parents, Pine Mountain is a go!!!!
The dates are April 30-May 2, 2012. We leave from school on the morning of the 30th and return to school around regular dismissal on the 2nd.
The cost is $110 per person. You may send in payments if this is easier for you; however, all money must be paid before we go. If you do not want your child to go, you may choose to keep them home these three days. It will not count against him or her. Please let me know if you decide not to send your child.
